YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
You can cancel your order and get a refund without giving a reason within 14 days after the day your order is delivered. To cancel, email us at [your email address] with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days from telling us to send the goods back.

Because soap is a hygiene product, we cannot accept returns of soap once the sealed wrapper or box has been opened, unless it is faulty. Please return items unopened and in their original packaging.
